It's time for something new, it's time for something different. It's time for a high quality soul night in a high quality venue. Soul Train starts on April 1st at the beautiful Carriage Hall in Plumtree, just outside Nottingham. Check out the venue at the link below;

The music policy is pure soul music, whether it be a 7" from the 60s, an album track from 70s, a piece of 80s boogie, a nu-soul 12" from the 90s or an indie download from last month. Resident DJs Wrighty & Chris Shaw will be laying down the quality music and on this opening night have invited soul royalty to join them in the shape of Colin Curtis.
What is there to say about Colin Curtis that hasn't already been said, he is one of the most influential DJs about and Wrighty was recently told by Ashley Beedle that it was Colin who shaped his love of music. He has been resident at placeas as diverse as Blackpool Mecca, Rock City, Berlins, Southport Weekender, Hilton Luxury Soul Weekender. The list goes on and on, suffice to say that he is a true soul legend.
